Homes Near the Beltline

Are you looking to live within a few blocks of the Beltline?  The Atlanta Beltline has become a popular area to live nearby and enjoy the walkability between several popular neighborhoods.  We have seen property values increase all along the Beltline as more attractions develop along the trail.  For example, Krog Market and Ponce City Market are popular stopping points along the Eastside trail.  The Beltline phenomenon is an exciting development to watch and see how the neighborhoods around the trail begin to thrive and create stronger communities.

Unfamiliar with what the Beltline is? In a few short sentences, the Atlanta Beltline is a 22-mile unused railroad corridor that is being re-developed into walking/jogging/biking paths that connect several neighborhoods to each other.  The Beltline is broken up into 5 sections: the Eastside Trail, Southeast Trail, Southwest Trail, Westside Trail, and the Northside Trail.  This Beltline project is a major undertaking and will take an unforseen time to fully complete.
