My name is Molly Slesnick and in case you are wondering to find out a little more about me, read on!

I am a business graduate from Kansas State University with a major in finance.  For 9 years, I worked in the energy industry in financial analysis and logistial scheduling for a natural gas tradefloor.  After moving to Atlanta in 2011, I fell in love with all the communities within Atlanta and decided to make a switch into dedicating my entire time to another passion of mine, real estate!

I’ve always enjoyed working with people and helping others acheive their goals.  Having been through the process of buying/selling my own homes 3 times, I understand what clients go through.  Let’s be honest, buying or selling a home can be overwhelming if you don’t have the right help along the way.  I want to change people’s minds about this concept.  I strive to make the process enjoyable, be as informative to clients as possible, and be readily available to respond to your questions.

I treat each client as if it were my own home I was buying/selling.  I want you to find the RIGHT home that fits your needs.  There is a lot of information to understand when buying a home, and I will walk you through the process step-by-step so that you are comfortable when making decisions.  After all, buying a home is one of the biggest purchases you will ever make!  If you are selling a home, I can advise you on how the market in your area is performing, how to get your home ready to be placed on the market, and help you determine the right price so that your home can sell as quickly as possible.

If you are relocating to Atlanta and need help determining which neighborhood will best suit you and your family, let me help you out!  For example, when I moved here, I knew I wanted to be centrally located and as an avid runner, I wanted to be close to parks that I could jog to.  For other families, school districts and proximity to work are key factors in their decision.  You may have similar criteria as you think about moving here.  I always listen to my clients and try to provide home searches that fit their needs.

Besides real estate, I love long distance running (have run 8 marathons so far) and I also enjoy teaching a spin class as a fun hobby.  I am a morning person, so you can usually find me out in the mornings running throughout the neighborhoods of Atlanta.  I grew up in a SMALL town in Kansas with a total population of 1,200.  I knew everybody in the town and I think the small town community is where I got my natural tendency to be a people pleaser.  I’m married to my wonderful husband Tim, I prefer beach vacations, and enjoy baking.
